The AMaGA Western Australia regional Chapters play a key role in connecting collecting organisations across our very large state. Chapter meetings provide an opportunity to share ideas, establish joint projects and express concerns about issues facing organisations in the region.

The Midwest Chapter met in at the Wubin Wheatbin Museum towards the end of last year and enjoyed a tour of the museum. This was followed by a ‘Show and Tell’ session featuring interesting objects brought along by various members.
One object caused great discussion about what it could possibly be. The mystery continues today – do you know what this could be? Send us an email if you think you can solve it!

The next day, many members went on a roadtrip to Dalwallinu where they visited Jim Sawyer’s Windmill Collection.

The next Midwest Chapter meeting will be held in Dongara on 2 May. If you are interested in joining the Midwest Chapter, or a Chapter in your region, send the WA Branch an email and we will put you in touch with the Chapter Convenor.
